see, the thing with my brother is i’m pretty sure he thinks it’s okay to treat me the way my parents do when they’re actually at home
because whenever i babysit him he’s really well behaved and doesn’t talk back or sass me or anything and we actually have fun together
yet once mom or my stepdad walks in it’s only a matter of time before he starts acting out– he knows they’ll let it slide because they do the same thing
doesn’t make it alright
but
it’s not his fault
he learned to act like this
booigis-mansion said: That’s…. Seriously messed up. Especially the parental part. It’s a parent’s job to set a good example and the fact that they’re teaching him that means he’ll continue that behavior till somebody attempts to correct him on it.
